FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do you offer grooming?

Yes we have a grooming room and are able to groom shampoo and clip your pet either whilst boarding with us or by appointment.
Please let us know a few days in advance of arrival if you would like to use our grooming services or call Laura on 07858 558886.

What vaccinations does my pet have to have?
Your vet will advise you if you tell him your dog or cat is coming to see us, and we also need your dog to have the kennel cough vaccine well in advance of him/her coming to stay.
IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT YOUR PET IS FULLY WORMED AND FLEA CONTROLLED ON ARRIVAL.

Are the buildings heated?
Our kennels and  catteries are fully heated.

Can I come to look?
No need for an appointment to view, just turn up between 10am – 3pm (4pm during British Summer Time) Monday to Saturday and 10am – 1pm on Sundays and public holidays. Please note there are no viewings on Christmas Day, Boxing Day or New Year’s Day.

Can my pet have a test stay?
We will be pleased to do this.

Are pets from the same family able to stay in the same kennel or chalet?
We have single, double and family kennels, and our cattery suites are all big enough to accommodate more than one cat. There is a discount for doubles and families.

Are you able to give medication and treats?
No problem. It is necessary for us to charge £5 per week for administration of medication.

What do you do if my pet needs to see the vet?
We will ask you for details of your vet so that we can contact them if necessary. We will take your pet for attention if this is required.

What time do I need to bring and collect my pet?
Please let us know whether you will be dropping off/collecting your pet in the morning or afternoon. There is a half day charge for collections after 1 pm.
